Once payments were completed, the attitude and behavior toward me noticeably changed. Basic professional courtesy and respectful communication with a patient were often lacking.
There were multiple instances when your staff informed us that you would be arriving shortly for treatment, yet we were made to wait for extended periods without explanation. Such repeated delays and unprofessional conduct make it difficult for any patient to continue treatment with confidence and trust.
Additionally, while your qualifications were frequently displayed and emphasized, much of the treatment was carried out by nursing staff who did not adequately explain procedures and appeared to have limited involvement in clinical decision-making.
